# Institute Model

> The institute data model represents information about educational institutions in the Cobi system.

## Field Descriptions

### Required Fields

## Best Practices

1. **UUID Format**: Use valid UUID v4 format for institute\_id
2. **Region Codes**: Use ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country codes (e.g., "CA" for Canada, "US" for United States)
3. **Data Consistency**: Ensure consistent data across all institute records
4. **Naming**: Use the official name of the educational institution
